2019 Norfolk Rise Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

The growing season for our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon was ideal in being cool, long and dry which allows for the slow ripening Cabernet to show off its best characters.

Already displaying rich complexity with ripe mulberries, dark chocolate and mint on the nose which translates to the palate of heavy weight and genuine softness. Quality use of older oak has only enhanced our beautifully structured Cabernet that is drinking wonderfully now but will only benefit with another 3 to 5 years in the bottle.
