2021 Norfolk Rise Estate Summer Red

The growing season for our 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon was ideal in being cool, long and dry which allows for the slow ripening Cabernet to show off its best characters. We have drawn off a small amount of our Cabernet juice just hours into ferment and made a fully structured Rose. A red wine drinkers very light red.

The bouquet is a heady combination of ripe dark summer berries and subtle hints of rose water Turkish delight. A refreshing raspberry crispness defines the palate which nods to summer fruit sweetness that then finishes dry. Fabulous with full flavoured seafood dishes or just on its own, heavily chilled on a hot summer’s evening.
