2021 Norfolk Rise Estate Shiraz

Our maritime influences are ideal for long, cool summers slowing the ripening process allowing for a softness while stepping up complexity. This is a true cool climate, Shiraz.

There were several parcels of 2021 Shiraz fermented separately. These parcels were then matured in aged oak post ferment for approximately 18 months, before being blended prior to bottling.

Confectionary on the nose, some black currant type characters mid palate, medium bodied with a spicy finish.
