2022 Norfolk Rise Estate Shiraz

Picked from several blocks across the estate, all fermented separately before aging in seasoned French and American oak for 18 months. Blending of selected barrels just prior to bottling.

Deep purple in colour. Blue fruits on the nose following through onto the palate. Fresh and rich, before leading into some spicy notes and a full bodied, but savoury finish.
