2023 Coast is Clear Pinot Gris

Our Pinot Gris is styled on wines from the Alsace region of France as opposed to the “Pinot Grigio” style of the Alps of northern Italy. Look for more texture and depth with a hint of firmness to close the wine cleanly. Having been picked riper, it also offers a different spectrum of aromas and flavours. 

The growing season for the 2022 was ideal, with sufficient early rainfall backed by abundant sunshine for ripening. Yields were solid and the resulting fruit was exceptional, perfect for cool climate winegrowing.
