2023 High and Dry Riesling

Riesling is a rarity in Mt Benson. Our first in 10 years, the 2023 High and Dry Maritime Riesling was delicately handpicked.

This is a classic dry Riesling style. Fermented at 12 degrees, minimal input was used throughout the process to maintain its true varietal characters.

Lifted citrus aromas that lead into a bright and vibrant palate. Look for great length of flavour and its natural minerality.
