Mt Benson’s maritime influence is ideal for producing true cool climate Pinot Grigio from our single Estate.

Picked from two separate blocks, our Pinot Grigio was handled in a delicate manor to minimise any oxidation, keeping this wine fresh and lively. The juice was fermented in two batches, as per the block it was picked, and then combined post ferment to help achieve a crisp and enticing wine.

Lemon lime citrus, sweet pear and hints of vibrant orange blossom.

Perfect on its own after a dip in the ocean with a salty breeze or elevate your next seafood dish at home.
