2023 Norfolk Rise Estate Sauvignon Blanc

A blend of several blocks, all of which were picked at night and fermented separately at cool temperatures to maintain its vibrancy.

The fruits natural, varietal aromas were elegantly lifted using aromatic yeast. Blended just prior to bottling to create a wine with great balance between acidity and texture providing a generous mouth feel.

Fresh and vibrant fruit with hints of passionfruit and green melon surround the wine's herbaceous core.
