2023 Norfolk Rise Estate Summer Riesling

Our 2023 Summer Riesling fruit was sourced from the same vines as the Maritime Riesling and fermented separately.

After careful monitoring, the ferment was called early. The tanks were chilled down to 2 degrees, preventing all of the natural sugars in the fruit from being converted to alcohol. This found a fun balance between the natural acidity and sugars in the grape. 

Presenting a fruiter, more forward expression of Riesling. Great for summer enjoyment.
