2023 Norfolk Rise Estate Rose

The 2023 Rose was picked from a single block of shiraz, 2 weeks earlier than shiraz usually is. A cool summer made for a longer ripening period, allowing colour compounds to develop quicker than the natural sugars, providing the depth of colour while maintaining a dry style rosé.

Pale, fresh and zesty. Strawberries and cream on the nose with a hint of citrus sherbet, and a dry finish.
